We used INTERIM Security Solutions in the interim period of completion and handover of the property to our tenant.

Our experience at the front end of the project had made us realise how much costly damage can be done to a property in a relatively short period.

Pigeon Infestation	Vandalism and Graffiti

The property had attracted vagrants, vandals and had become a hideout/playground for antisocial juvenile delinquents. Delinquent youth had smashed windows allowing a colony of pigeons to take up residence. This in itself created a health hazard and required costly specialists to clean up.
