Our property carers are crucial to INTERIM Security Solutions Limited - providing an efficient and effective service. We welcome applications from all ages (21+), gender, religious and social backgrounds. You must be suitable and meet all INTERIM Security Solutions requirements and conditions for the role.

INTERIM Salaried Property Carer

  • You will supervise 24 hour security cover at a property.
  • You will ensure that there is a carer in the property 24/7.
  • There will be one or more overnight carers to support you depending on the size and nature of the property.
  • You will be paid a weekly PAYE salary.
  • Your duty will be the security as well as monitoring the fabric and well being of the property.
  • You will need to hold an SIA licence or have applied for one.

INTERIM Overnight Carers

  • You will be required to ensure that you or a fellow carer are present in the property in the evenings and overnight 7 days a week.
  • Where you are in a property being secured 24 hours per day you will be required to take an equal part in the roster to ensure there is a carer always present in the property.
  • You will be supported by one or more other carers depending on the size and nature of the property.

INTERIM Conditions

  • You must be aged 21 or older.
  • Smoking is not permitted in any of the properties.
  • You MUST NOT have a criminal record.
  • You are NOT allowed to live with spouse (include co-habiting partner) or dependents.
  • No animals are allowed to be kept at the property.
  • You must have your own mobile phone and be contactable 24 hours a day.
  • You are required to provide your own bedding and basic essentials.
  • You must have a traceable history.
  • Character, work, and previous residence reference are required.
  • You must be employed or applying for a salaried position at INTERIM Security Solutions Limited.
  • You must be flexible and be able to occupy and vacate a property at very short notice.
  • This is a temporary role and NO guarantee is given of continual or consecutive assignments.

Stage One:

  • Name, date of birth, place of birth, current address.
  • Contact details. Telephone and email.
  • Education and all qualifications.
  • 10 year traceable history.
  • Work history

Stage Two:
If your CV meets our entire requirements, you will be invited to complete a detailed application form, prove your identity and provide a police check. You will also be required to provide character, work and reference from your previous residence. If all these are satisfactory you will be interviewed and if successful added to our register of property carers.
