All our Property Carers come from a wide range of backgrounds. Whoever they are, they are vetted and have to provide a traceable history and references. CRB and references are checked. All carers undergo thorough induction training. We have a team of directly employed tradesmen. INTERIM can coordinate all required work removing the extra work of dealing with multiple contractors and invoices. Q4. How Does The Interim Solution Work?

Our Property Carers occupy your property on a non-tenancy basis. This means the property can not be legally squatted. It deters squatters, break-ins and vandalism. The carer will only occupy a minimum area of the property as is necessary and agreed with you.

A Property Carer will reside in the property with no right of tenancy. They are there as employees of INTERIM Security Solutions Limited, to take care and protect the property. All carers sign an agreement stating they have no licence or legal interest in the property and WILL NOT make such claims on the property. close

Q6. What If My Property Is Already Squatted?

On execution of your Possession Order INTERIM will coordinate with you and the bailiffs to occupy the property immediately the squatters are evicted. INTERIM PREPARE service is specially geared to servicing such takeovers. All work necessary to make the property secure and safe to occupy can be carried out by our in-house team. close
